Refund Policy

Please note that the following refund policy applies to our information products and training programs only. Our services are subject to separate terms and conditions included in client contracts and proposal documents.

At Leadhouse.co.uk, we are committed to providing exceptional service to each customer. For our information products, we offer a 14-day full refund policy, starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, and excluding any special/limited discount products with a zero refund policy. Please note that if special bonuses, such as a 1-on-1 strategy call, are included, the use of those bonuses waives your right to a refund. To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at [email protected]. Cancellation and refund requests raised through any other means cannot be actioned until raised through an email.

For subscription information products, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billings. Similarly, cancellation requests for subscription products must be sent via email to [email protected], and they must be received before your next rebill is due. Cancellation and refund requests raised through any other means cannot be actioned until raised through an email. Additionally, please note that any cancellation requests received after a rebill payment has been taken cannot be refunded.

Regarding our subscription products, we adhere to the Consumer Rights procedure of the UK, which grants consumers a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right is waived as soon as the purchased product or service has been streamed or downloaded.

Information products purchased through a payment plan are not considered subscription products. Once an information product has been purchased through a payment plan, and the initial 14-day refund period has elapsed, all remaining payments are due. Cancellation and refund requests raised after the 14-day refund period for information products purchased through a payment plan will not be actioned.

For our LIVE events and workshops, unless stated otherwise, the 14-day refund policy applies, provided that notice of the refund is given at least 30 days prior to the start date of the event/workshop. Unfortunately, tickets purchased within 30 days of the event cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel and refund workshop attendees if we believe the workshop will not be suitable for them or their business.
